Guests:

• Each member family will be allowed guest visits over the summer at $8.00 per guest. A member must be with the guest at all times.
• All guests (or their parent/guardian, if they are under 18) must fill out a guest waiver before entering the pool facilities or at the office when entering the pool.

Parties:

• For larger groups of 6-12 guests we appreciate members scheduling a party through the manager/assistant manager.

• These will be booked for a 2-hour duration and only one reservation may be booked at a time.
• The guest fee for parties is $7.00 per guest

Houseguests:

• House guests and boarders pay a guest fee one time, and after that, are able to use the pool without a charge for the period that they are house guests/ a boarder.  They do not need to be accompanied by a member. 
• House guests  must be registered in the office, and they must fill out a guest waiver.
• House guests with a local regular residence must be cleared by the board.

Babysitters:

• Non-member Babysitters, who are supervising member children, do not need to pay a guest fee
• Babysitters must be registered in the office by the member family. 
• Babysitters must fill out a guest waiver
• Members who are babysitting non-member children, must pay a guest fee for the non-members they are babysitting. The parent/guardian of these nonmembers must file a waiver for each child that will be babysat at the pool.

Guest Policies:

• All guests (or their parent/guardian, if they are under 18), must file a guest waiver before entering the pool facilities or at the office when entering the pool. 
• Nonmembers “sneaking in” will not be allowed to enter for the remainder of the summer. Any member judged to be an accomplice in such a situation will be suspended for a period of time determined by the manager.
• Members are responsible to help their guests learn and follow all the club and pool rules including making sure they file guest waivers.

• There may be times when no guests are allowed, and it is up to management to decide when this will occur

RENTALS

The pool is also available for rent to members and their guests when not regularly open. We can accommodate groups up to 75 people. Rates, times, and availability vary. To request to schedule a rental, contact the pool managers by filling out this form: Contact WW Management

BARBECUES, TABLES, AND CHAIRS

The barbecues, tables, and chairs are available for ALL to use on a first come, first serve basis.  Please be sure to clean the barbecues and tables when you are done using them.  Ask the at the office if you need equipment/supplies to clean them.
