Hiring for the 2027 season is closed.
Applications for the 2027 season has closed.
Applications submitted after August 19 will not be considered for the first wave of hiring. Submitting an application DOES NOT guarantee an interview. We will use the application to confirm candidates meet minimum qualification and to determine the strongest candidates who will move on to the interview phase.
Results of the hiring process will be announced once we confirm the intentions of returning staff members and have more details about the need for additional staff.

1. Tell us about a teacher or mentor you admire and have learned a great deal from. What qualities make them such an effective teacher/mentor? How would you apply those qualities to your role at Wedgwood Pool?
2. Describe a difficult decision you had to make based on personal values. Tell us about the situation and the values. How would you apply your learning about yourself from this situation to a position at Wedgwood Pool?
3. You are teaching a Beginner I class and some of the children are making negative comments about one of the swimmers in the class. How would you handle this situation in the moment? What do you do for the rest of the session?
